Are they trying to say my diploma doesn't count?

The government propaganda machine has been hard at work discrediting Edward Snowden,
with each of its agents pointing out he is a high school drop out. Never mind that he got his
General Education Diploma. When I got own printed in bold letters upon it were the words
High School Diploma. I was very proud to receive it. It's pretty much a lie to say he didn't
complete high school. Though I just read on nbcnews.com the sentence "He did not
complete high school."
