Early Spring

Mother Nature's confusion
makes areas of blossom
more fleeting than is supposed
by heart's imagination;
where early spring holds firmer
yet ever remains softer.

Absurdities go down better with wine
Absent that simplicity of sunshine

Though oft often seems exaggeration
Kamikaze kisses saturate thoughts
And explode with such soft devastation

Within her imaginary arms I bide
To suspend seperation's chasm wide
